Whether your needs are in a dental office, hospital, or ASC, we deliver high-quality anesthesia care across a range of environments, including—but not limited to—the following:

Offices

Atlas Anesthesia provides office-based anesthesia services designed to help practices deliver safe, comfortable, and efficient procedural care in an outpatient setting.

Ambulatory Surgery Centers

Our experienced CRNA team integrates seamlessly with ASC operations to support a wide range of surgical specialties while prioritizing patient-centered care, workflow optimization, and dependable coverage.

For your practice

We handle the rest. You focus on the surgery.

Atlas integrates with your existing scheduling and referrals — no new software, no equipment to buy. Here's what to expect for every case:

  1. You schedule the case

Send us a one-page referral with the patient's medical history. We pre-screen within 24 hours and flag any optimization needed before the procedure day.

  2. We arrive with everything

Our anesthesia team arrives 45 minutes before your case with monitors, medications, airway equipment, and a fully stocked emergency cart — all hospital-grade.

  3. Your patient recovers comfortably

We stay through full recovery, hand off discharge instructions to the family, and follow up the next morning. You bill the dental work — we bill the anesthesia.

What is mobile dental anesthesia?

Mobile dental anesthesia brings hospital-grade anesthesia services directly to your dentist's office. Our board-certified nurse anesthesiologists (CRNAs) work alongside your dentist so you can receive safe, comfortable sedation or general anesthesia for your procedure — without traveling to a hospital or surgery center.

What types of anesthesia do you offer?

Atlas provides a full range of anesthesia options, including:

  • IV sedation (twilight sleep)
  • Deep sedation
  • General anesthesia

The right option depends on your medical history, the procedure your dentist is performing, and your level of anxiety or discomfort. We'll review all of this with you before the appointment.

Who administers the anesthesia?

Every Atlas anesthetic is administered by licensed, board-certified Nurse Anesthesiologists (CRNAs) with specialized training in outpatient, office, and emergency management.

What should I expect before my appointment?

You'll receive detailed instructions ahead of your procedure, including:

  • Fasting guidelines (no food or drink for a set number of hours before the appointment)
  • Medication adjustments, if necessary
  • A short medical questionnaire or pre-op consultation

A parent or guardian must be present for minors, and every patient will need someone to drive them home.

What if I have a medical condition?

During your pre-op consultation, our CRNA will review your complete medical history. Most common conditions — asthma, diabetes, controlled high blood pressure, and more — can be managed safely in your dentist's office. In some cases, we'll coordinate with your primary care physician or refer you to a hospital setting if it's the safer option.
